Solving Challenges Takes Communication

In Chicago for a retreat with my Entrepreneurs group. For one of our activities, we did an “escape” room. All nine of us type A dogs had to work together to save our train from certain destruction. It was magical to see how communication and interaction was able to build consensus and solve complex problems.
Business is like that. Entrepreneurs have different sets of problems but much can be solved through communication and debate. It is always better to bounce significant decisions off trusted confidants rather than forging ahead without a second opinion. Much business pain and suffering can be avoided – as it should be. Chances are that someone has experience with that issue or can offer a different perspective that can provide resolution.
More heads are better than one when it comes to business.
